The Simpkins Group of companies began as a small, home based business way back in 1975!  Wow!  Yes, that long ago...and yes, in those days we actually did run the business out of our garage--in summer heat and winter cold!  Looking back....we wonder how we did it!  Over the years, with LOTS of encouragement from friends and neighbors and a very loyal group of customers, we've grown substantially. 

In 2002, The Simpkins Group launched "Simpkins Wildlife & Gift", a company which is known for its natural, realistic, hand painted and hand detailed collection of wildlife figurines.  (Bear, Elk, Deer, Moose, Wolves, Buffalo, Whales, Sea Otters, etc.)  These are sold in gift shops located in and near the National and State Parks, resorts throughout the Rocky Mountains, and to cruise ship customers in Alaska! 

In 2003, The Simpkins Group launched "Adelbert's Designs", a collection of gift items designed for the tourist markets in the Desert Southwest (Arizona and New Mexico).  Hot items feature kokopelli, geckos, quail, hummingbirds, Southwest Indian women figurines, etc. 

In 2007, The Simpkins Group acquired, "Canterbury Lane", which is now in its 30th year in business.  Canterbury Lane is known for having the largest assortment of cowboy/western and Texas ornaments in the country.  Besides western themed gift items, it also has a collection of cabin/lodge themed items. Canterbury Lane is committed to designing, developing, and bringing to market high quality products in variety of categories.
